Role

Within an agile team of marketers, analysts and process engineers, the analyst in the Automation Squad forms the bridge between business and technology around (Gen)AI. He translates requirements and processes into specifications, proposes end-to-end solutions with the team, and works through MVPs to deliver value quickly.
The consultant is responsible for:
Analyzing requirements and processes and translating them into functional specifications
Propose end-to-end solutions that meet customer needs and are cost-efficient
Iterative challenge requirements and specifications
Analyze, evaluate and visually present results of (Gen)AI, with the right KPIs
Explain GenAI technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Required experience and skills

Proven experience as an analyst in GenAI implementations in a large organization
Experience with GenAI technology such as Azure AI and AWS (confirmed level)
Knowledge of how LLMs work, prompt engineering and guardrails
Basis- of confirmed kennis van AWS AgentCore
Knowledge of agentic AI within M365 and Copilot Studio
Python for working with AI models and data, familiar with data analysis
Experience in the Belgian energy sector
Trilingual English, French and Dutch (French or Dutch may be weaker)
Strong in communication and stakeholder management, dares to critically challenge experienced AI engineers
