Role
- The analyst is responsible for a functional part of the project and represents the needs of the users in their field (e.g. purchasing, supply chain, finance, production or HR).
The consultant is responsible for:
- Helping the customer to formulate, collect and analyse their needs
- Defining the functional scope
- Business process modeling (mapping, flows)
- Writing functional specifications
- Coordinate with the project manager and follow up with the project teams
- Checking the integration and preparing and following up on the user tests
- Manage the project on its scope
- Facilitate workshops, educate users and support change management
Required experience and skills
- Confirmed level (3 to 5 years of experience)
