Context
- Client University of Applied Sciences is in the midst of an ambitious digital transformation. A year and a half to two years ago, the first strategic initiatives on digital transformation and AI were launched. Today, various projects are in the analysis, start-up or implementation phase and the organisation is looking for reinforcement to successfully supervise these processes.
Assignment
- We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong background in managing development projects who will take ownership of a varied portfolio of IT projects. The focus is on the coordination and realization of projects within, among others:
- Development trajectories
- Power Apps-projects
- . NET developments
- Other technology initiatives within the IT landscape
- The Project Manager works closely with a multidisciplinary team of about 30 IT profiles, including developers, data specialists, project managers, infrastructure experts and support staff.

- Client has a mature and professionally organized IT department that supports more than 1,400 employees. The candidate will find themselves in a structured environment where collaboration, innovation and pragmatism are central.
Profile Sought
- Experienced Project Manager with technical affinity and a development background
- Strong communicator that can build bridges between business and IT
- Hands-on and able to actively drive projects forward
- Out-of-the-box thinker with the necessary maturity and flexibility
- Experience within educational, government or healthcare settings is a plus
- Dutch
Practical information
- Hybrid operation with a combination of remote and onsite work
- Main location Brussels, occasionally Ghent
- Collective closure to be taken into account during the summer period (minimum 3 weeks) and between Christmas and New Year
