The Role
Enky furnishes offices, hotels and hospitality venues across France, Belgium, the UK and the Netherlands — on a rental model that mixes new design furniture with vintage and second-hand pieces. The brands we work with are the backbone of that offer: every quote, every project and every delivery depends on them.
As we scale, we are splitting sourcing into two clear scopes inside the Product team: vintage & second-hand on one side, new furniture brands on the other. This role takes full ownership of the second one — a newly created position, not a backfill.
You will own the entire relationship with our new-furniture brand partners, from negotiating the first deal to placing and chasing every order. You report to Markus, Head of Product, and work side by side with our vintage and second-hand sourcing team, who will help you get up to speed in your first weeks.
We are looking for someone who has done this before and can run brand relationships independently from day one — then shape how we structure, scale and professionalise our brand partnerships as the company grows.
What You'll Do
• Own our brand portfolio. You are the single point of contact for 50+ new-furniture brands across 4 markets: day-to-day relationship, regular business reviews, and escalations when a delivery slips or a spec is wrong. Brands should see you as their partner at Enky — and our teams should see you as the person who makes brands deliver.
• Negotiate terms that move our margin. You lead deal negotiations, build and defend discoun structures, and run re-quotes when volumes or ranges change. Every point of discount you secure flows straight into the competitiveness of our rental offer. Deals go through our existing sign-off process; the negotiation is yours.
• Make our product data bulletproof. You own the accuracy of specs, fabrics, finishes and compliance data (fire ratings included) for every brand product we sell. You select fabric and finish options with each brand, and make sure what our Sales team quotes is exactly what the client receives.
• Run orders end to end. You place brand orders in our ERP (Odoo), follow them through to delivery, and chase lead times before they become client problems. On-time, error-free orders are your scoreboard.
• Turn brands into a sales asset. You organise brand trainings for our Sales, Project and Ops teams, so everyone can pitch, spec and sell our partners' collections with confidence.
• Build the playbook. You will be the first person fully dedicated to new brands at Enky — you define how we onboard new partners, track their performance and decide which ones to grow. Profile
• You have 5 to 8+ years in procurement or buying — as a buyer, procurement manager or brand account manager — in the furniture or interiors industry. Both are non-negotiable: furniture or interiors experience, and a procurement or buying background. Office and contract furniture experience is preferred.
• People skills as strong as your procurement skills. Managing 50+ brands is a relationship job: you build trust, handle tension and keep partners engaged across very different companies.
• Negotiator with a track record. You have negotiated terms and discount structures directly with furniture brands, and can name the deals you are proud of.
• Product expert. You read a spec sheet fluently and know fabrics, finishes and compliance requirements such as fire ratings inside out.
• Wholesale experience is a plus. You know how brands sell through distribution channels and what that means for pricing and terms.
• ERP experience is helpful. Order management in an ERP from placement to delivery; Odoo even better.
• Rigorous by default. Clean data and relentless follow-through are how you work, not something you have to be reminded of.
• A natural trainer. You enjoy sharing what you know and can make a brand's collection clear and sellable for a Sales team.
• Autonomous from day one. You run brand relationships independently and know when to escalate.
• Languages. Professional English is required; French is a real plus given our brand and client base. Hiring Process & Why Join Us Hiring process

• Equity from day one. Stock options (BSPCE) granted from your first day for employees on a French contract — you share in the value you help build.
• Transparent pay and progression. A salary grid and career path reviewed every year, so you always know where you stand and what comes next.
• Grow with the company. A newly created scope in a scaling business: as our brand portfolio grows, so does your role.
• Fully remote. Work from wherever you do your best work.
• International from the start. Brands, clients and colleagues across France, Belgium, the UK and the Netherlands.
• Real ownership. No layers between you and the brands: you set the terms, you own the relationships, you build the playbook. Equity & Inclusion Commitment Enky is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates regardless of gender, gender identity or expression, age, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by law. We believe diverse teams make us stronger, more creative, and better equipped to serve our community — and we're committed to giving everyone an equal opportunity to thrive at Enky.
