About the Role
For one of our clients in the Belgian public sector, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead business transformation and process improvement initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects from business needs identification through to successful implementation. You will coordinate stakeholders, lead workshops, define future-state processes, manage project deliverables, and ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered solutions. This position requires someone who can combine strong project management capabilities with business process analysis expertise and who is comfortable working in a multilingual and complex stakeholder environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead projects from requirements gathering through implementation.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities while respecting scope, quality, timeline, and budget objectives.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Analyze and document current ("As-Is") and future ("To-Be") business processes.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and project deliverables.
• Coordinate communication between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and propose appropriate mitigation actions.
• Ensure alignment between business needs and implemented solutions.
• Challenge and improve existing processes while ensuring compatibility with the client's operating environment.
• Provide structured reporting and project status updates to stakeholders and management. Required Skills & Experience Must-Have
• Proven experience as a Project Manager within IT or Business Transformation projects
• Strong experience in Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong knowledge of BPMN
• Experience acting as Product Owner or working closely with Product Owners
• Experience with TFS / Azure DevOps
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong workshop facilitation experience Languages
• Dutch (mandatory)
• French (mandatory)
• English (mandatory) Key Competencies
