WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS?
• Business development within European Union and NATO institutions, strengthening Grupo Oesía's presence and positioning in strategic programmes and initiatives.
• Identification and development of new business opportunities within the European defence, security and advanced technologies ecosystem.
• Leading the company's participation in European and NATO R&D initiatives.
• Development and management of strategic partnerships with European companies, partners and consortia.
• Representation of Grupo Oesía at events, industry forums, working groups and relevant EU and NATO platforms.
• Monitoring and analysis of the European defence and technology ecosystem to anticipate new opportunities, trends and future needs.
• Promotion of international collaborations with high industrial and technological impact. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• 5+ years of experience in the defence, security or advanced technology industries and/or project management related to defence or security.
• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of European industrial cooperation, technological innovation and the development of international partnerships.
• Ability to identify, develop and structure complex business opportunities.
• Ability to engage with and represent the company before international institutions, organisations and companies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills.
• Strategic mindset and ability to operate effectively in institutional and multinational environments.
