• Lead systems engineering and design activities
• Define and oversee system architectures and development roadmaps
• Coordinate engineering, verification, validation and project teams
• Ensure compliance with technical requirements and applicable standards
• Guide and support systems engineering teams
• Contribute to technical solutions and proof of concepts when needed 🔹
Your profile
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• 15+ years in Systems Engineering / Systems Design
• Experience in safety-critical products, ideally railway
• Strong knowledge of Systems Architecture and MBSE
• Knowledge of ERTMS / rolling stock is a plus
• Leadership experience
• Fluent in English and French 📍
