Functional Analyst Consultant

Mission Overview: Keystone Solutions is seeking a Functional Analyst for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role involves working on various judicial projects within the information and ICT department. As a consultant, you will be part of a specialized team focused on combating organized crime and conducting complex investigations at a supralocal level.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage one or more functional processes in the field of analysis.
• Analyze and model end-user needs.
• Gather, document, and prioritize stakeholder requirements.
• Write detailed functional specifications.
• Evaluate the impact of proposed changes on existing systems and business processes.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure technical solutions meet functional needs.
• Define associated tests for these phases.
• Act as the primary contact for the assigned functional aspects.
• Develop and deliver training for users as needed. Technical

• Project management and collaboration tools: Jira (or equivalent like Azure DevOps), collaborative documentation tools, Microsoft Teams for team communications.
• Analysis and modeling tools: Advanced data analysis in Microsoft Excel, Visio or equivalent for process modeling and diagrams (BPMN, workflows), UML modeling tools like Enterprise Architect or equivalent.
• Database and SQL tools: SQL Server or MySQL for database analysis, SQL queries, and data management.
• Test management tools for functional and non-functional testing.

• Strong knowledge of functional analysis methods and process description techniques.
• Prototyping skills are an asset: ability to create mock-ups or prototypes to visually illustrate proposed solutions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with various project stakeholders (lawyers, IT professionals, end-users) and translate technical needs into understandable terms. Attitudes:
