Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse and translate business needs into functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Assess impacts, costs, dependencies and risks with business, IT, Risk and Compliance stakeholders.
- Analyse API requirements, functional integration flows and application behaviour across COBOL and Java environments.
- Align stakeholders on requirements, objectives, timelines and improvements to lending processes.
- Support Agile refinement, feature slicing and delivery planning with Product Owners and technical teams.
- Contribute to test planning, functional testing, UAT, business acceptance testing and release validation.
- Investigate functional incidents and coordinate resolution and closure with analysts and developers. Must-have
requirements:
- 3–5 years of relevant Business Analysis experience.
- Banking experience and end-to-end knowledge of credit products and Risk & Credits processes.
- Understanding of lending applications and their underlying business processes.
- Technical affinity with COBOL applications, Java APIs, integration flows and process-layer configuration.
- Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies, refinement and delivery ceremonies.
- Strong analytical, modelling, stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
- Collaborative, customer-oriented approach and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluent English and at least one national language, with passive understanding of the other national language.
