KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyse business processes, business models and functional requirements;
- Model business processes and identify areas for improvement;
- Perform data analysis, data modelling and risk analysis;
- Assist in the preparation of business cases, project charters and security plans;
- Contribute to the development of test plans and test cases;
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to communicate requirements and present findings. 📝
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree and a minimum of 7 years of professional experience;
- Strong knowledge of business analysis and business process modelling;
- Knowledge of UML and BPMN;
- Knowledge of data analysis and data modelling;
- Knowledge of information systems and the technical aspects of IT projects;
- Understanding of administrative business processes in large organisations;
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and the software development lifecycle;
- Knowledge of Agile business analysis and Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban;
- Knowledge of tools such as Balsamiq, Software AG ARIS, Atlassian tools, GitHub and ServiceNow;
- Knowledge of PM² and PM² Agile;
- At least one of the following certifications: BPMN 2.0, OMG Certified Expert in BPM (OCEB), OMG Certified UML Professional, BABOK, ITIL 4, PM² or IIBA Agile Certified Professional;
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills; This is a long-term assignment requiring on-site presence three days per week . 📍 Ready to Apply?
