Benelux Region Project: High-Specification Data Centre Developments (Full Turnkey Delivery) Role Overview The Contracts Manager will oversee the delivery of a high-specification Data Centre developments in the Benelux region, having oversight across all aspects of the builds from groundworks through to commissioning and handovers. In this role you will oversee 2/3 projects concurrently showing leadership to the site teams while also requiring close collaboration with the Client, Design Team, and external delivery teams , ensuring successful delivery across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Site Teams with full project delivery through to completion
- Act as the primary interface with the Client and Design Team
- Manage and coordinate all site teams and subcontractors
- Oversee programme, resources, and project performance
- Ensure effective integration of CSA and MEP packages
- Chair coordination and progress meetings
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements Requirements
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
- 8-10+ years' experience with a Tier 1 / Tier 2 main contractor
- Proven experience delivering full-cycle construction projects
- Strong understanding of CSA and MEP integration
- Experience on high-spec commercial or industrial builds
- Data centre experience advantageous but not essential
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
