Our client is looking for a Senior Business Project Manager to support a large-scale IT and business transformation program in a complex financial services environment.

The role requires a senior profile with a strong background in Business Analysis, proven experience in large transformation projects, and the ability to coordinate business delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders. The consultant will act as a key link between Program Management, Business Analysts, business teams, IT delivery teams and external providers

The consultant will be responsible for coordinating and steering the business delivery stream across several squads and functional domains.

Main responsibilities include:

Manage and support a team of Business Analysts, including follow-up, resource planning and anticipation of needsBuild and maintain a clear business delivery plan covering timelines, resources, dependencies and deliverablesFacilitate communication between Program Management, Lead Business Analysts, business teams and delivery teamsCoordinate business delivery across multiple squads and ensure alignment between squad backlogs and the overall roadmapEnsure end-to-end consistency of business processes and functional design across epics, providers and delivery phasesManage escalations, functional deep dives and critical issue resolutionCoordinate with testing, data migration, development and bug-fixing teamsSupport business readiness, operational validation and handover to BAU after go-liveManage interactions with external providers and other development teams when relevant

You have the following skills

Must-have

7+ years of experience as Project Manager / Business Project ManagerPrevious experience as Business Analyst or strong BA backgroundExperience in large-scale IT transformation programsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to coordinate several squads, backlogs and delivery streamsExperience in financial services, banking or regulated environmentsStrong analytical mindset and ability to manage complex functional topicsEnglish + French or Dutch

Nice-to-have

Retail banking experienceCore banking implementation experienceExperience coordinating Lead Business AnalystsExperience with business process design, functional design and E2E deliveryExperience with provider/vendor coordinationPrevious exposure to data migration, testing or BAU handover

Votre profil

You have at least 7 years of professional experiences in ITIf you are at least fluent in ENG + FR OR NLYou’re eager to learn, motivated and curiousLet’s have a chat
