pWe are seeking a Program Manager OT Cybersecurity (Dutch) to join our team in Brussels. The role will lead and coordinate OT cybersecurity projects, ensuring alignment with client strategies and regulatory standards. /p pbKey responsibilities /b /p ul lipManage all OT cybersecurity projects at the site, from analysis and design through implementation and delivery. /p /li lipProvide operational leadership to OT engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and external partners. /p /li lipOversee project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources while maintaining program alignment. /p /li lipCoordinate and lead cybersecurity assessments, audits, and maturity improvement programs. /p /li lipReport project progress to operational and client management levels. /p /li lipSupport implementation of cybersecurity strategy in accordance with IEC 62443, NIS2 and other regulations. /p /li lipCoach and mentor engineers and project team members to ensure quality and safety. /p /li /ul pbRequired qualifications /b /p ul lipBachelor's or Master's degree in Automation, Electromechanics, IT, Cybersecurity or a related field. /p /li lipExtensive experience in OT cybersecurity, including network segmentation, firewalls, secure remote access, and security monitoring. /p /li lipProven project or program management experience in an industrial environment. /p /li lipStrong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, DCS and IEC 62443 / NIS2 standards. /p /li lipFluency in Dutch and English; valid Category B driving licence. /p /li /ul pbNice to have /b /p ul lipExperience in the nuclear sector or other highly regulated environments. /p /li lipFluency in French. /p /li lipExperience with contract and budget management. /p /li /ul
