pWe are looking for a Senior Business and Functional Analyst to help rebuild a multilingual legal and regulatory knowledge base. You will join a small senior team laying the foundations for a phased platform development, with data governance at the heart of the architecture. Your analysis and specifications will guide AI-assisted development, with systematic human review. /ph3Your role /h3ulliRun workshops with content managers, subject-matter experts and key users. /liliMap content processes and inventory the existing application's search, taxonomy, subscriptions and user profiles. /liliGather and prioritise requirements using MoSCoW, and build and refine the product backlog. /liliDefine personas and user journeys, including those of API partners and AI tools. /liliSpecify document classification and agree publication rules with business stakeholders. /liliWrite intent specifications and acceptance criteria for the development pipeline. /liliValidate increments, coordinate user acceptance testing and use SQL data to support hypotheses. /li /ulh3You have /h3ulliAt least ten years of experience with Agile. /liliKnowledge of ArchiMate. /liliAt least ten years of experience with BPMN. /liliKnowledge of data governance. /liliKnowledge of OpenAPI. /liliKnowledge of Power BI. /liliKnowledge of Python. /liliAt least five years of experience with SQL. /liliEnglish at C1 level. /liliDutch or French at C2 level. /li /ulh3A plus /h3ulliAt least ten years of experience as a functional analyst in complex IT and data environments. /liliExtensive experience in business analysis in complex IT and data environments. /liliStrong requirements engineering skills. /liliWriting specifications with clear acceptance criteria. /liliKnowledge of Volère / Robertson. /liliKnowledge of use cases. /liliKnowledge of Gherkin. /liliExperience with epics. /liliExperience with user stories. /liliExperience with story mapping. /liliExperience managing a product backlog. /liliKnowledge of UML. /liliExperience in information and conceptual modelling. /liliAn affinity with data analysis. /liliAn affinity with data visualisation. /liliExperience in data modelling. /liliKnowledge of API programmes. /liliKnowledge of integration patterns, including event-driven and pub/sub. /liliFamiliarity with TOGAF. /liliMotivation. /liliA proactive approach. /liliA results-oriented approach. /liliAn eye for the bigger picture and for detail in data. /li /ulh3Working at Neurho /h3pFounded in 1998, Neurho is a Belgian IT and business consultancy.
