Wat houdt deze vacature in?
Wil je er mee voor zorgen dat KBC zaken doet op een eerlijke, integere en ethische manier? En dat we de regelgevingen hieromtrent naleven? Als Compliance Monitoring Officer draag je daartoe bij.Samen met je collega’s binnen de Compliance dienst van KBC werk je mee aan het bereiken van de hoge normen die KBC nastreeft.
Je gaat na in de praktijk hoe regelgevingen (over consumentenbescherming, gegevensbescherming, corporate governance, …) binnen KBC geïmplementeerd zijn en of ze worden gerespecteerd en correct toegepast. Zo nodig geef je aanbevelingen en je maakt afspraken over een actieplan voor de verdere aanpak.
Als je ervaring hebt met Compliance of in Audit, dan heb je voor deze functie alvast een stevige troef
Wat verwachten we van jou?
Je gaat na in de praktijk hoe regelgevingen over consumentenbescherming, gegevensbescherming, corporate governance, … binnen KBC geïmplementeerd zijn. Je leidraad hierbij is het jaarlijkse Compliance Monitoring Program en de KBC Group Compliance Rules, die de essentie van de regelgeving voor KBC bevatten. Je bespreekt met de diensten vooraf welke controles gaan gebeuren en welke bijdrage van hen verwacht zal worden. Je houdt het management op de hoogte van je bevindingen en bespreekt die ook met de businesspartijen die je monitort. Je maakt een rapport op van je vaststellingen, mogelijke remediëringsacties en procesverbeteringen. Je legt deze vast in duidelijke aanbevelingen en spreekt actieplannen en timings af. Bij je controles kan je afstemmen en samenwerken met ervaren collega’s, zowel andere Compliance Monitoring Officers als Compliance Adviseurs.
Jouw troeven?
Je hebt een masterdiploma , bijvoorbeeld in rechten of economie. Je hebt ervaring binnen Compliance of als auditor , bij voorkeur minstens 3 jaar. Je bent zeer gedreven en zet je ten volle in. Je hebt een kritische geest , sterke analytische vaardigheden en een goed synthesevermogen, en je denkt oplossingsgericht. Je communiceert uitstekend in het Engels en het Nederlands . Je hebt een goede pen en schrijft duidelijke en bevattelijke rapporten in het Engels. Je beschikt over een gezonde dosis assertiviteit en je kan overtuigen op een diplomatische manier. Geen probleem voor jou om zelfstandig te werken . Tegelijk hou je ervan om samen te werken met anderen en als team doelen te realiseren.
