Project Manager Digital Transformation

En tant que Project Manager, vous participez activement aux projets nécessaires à la transformation numérique de la Monnaie. Vous gérez les différents projets du début à la fin en contribuant à : la rédaction des spécifications, l'organisation d'ateliers avec les différentes parties, la définition des plannings, le suivi du budget, la gestion du changement, etc. Vous assurez la gestion active du projet en collaboration avec le.la responsable du service concerné par le changement et/ou le chef de projet métier.

Cette fonction est rattachée au service IT mais agit sous la responsabilité du Comité de Direction.

Description de votre fonction

Vous assurez le suivi et la réalisation des projets, en tenant compte du planning et de la qualité requise en étroite collaboration avec le responsable IT et conformément aux decisions du comité de pilotage PMO. Vous assurez également un suivi global de la planification opérationnelle, de la coordination, de la hiérarchisation et du contrôle des activités de l'équipe de projet ; Vous établissez un rapport régulier de l'avancement des projets notamment auprès du comité de pilotage PMO et veillez à une bonne communication entre les différentes parties concernées ; Vous organisez le processus de gestion de projets et assurez le développement des meilleures pratiques au sein du service ; Vous aidez à déterminer la composition de l'équipe de projet et à identifier les profils nécessaires pour mener à bien les différentes phases du projet ; Vous collaborez au suivi des procédures et du bon déroulement des opérations ; Vous faites le suivi des objectifs et des délais du projet en cours ; Vous assurez la bonne communication et la diffusion des informations entre les différents acteurs et intervenants du projet ; Vous participez à l’identification des points clés et des difficultés rencontrées ainsi qu’à leur résolution ; Vous préparez et participez aux comités de pilotage PMO.

Votre profil

Vous êtes en possession d’un diplôme universitaire ; Vous possédez une expérience spécifique en digital transformation et de système d’information de 2 ans minimum, si possible dans l'environnement d’une grande organisation ; Vous avez une expérience comme project manager en sélection des logiciels via des marchés publics (RFI/RFP) et le monitoring de l’implémentation et l’intégration des logiciels ou services (SaaS) ; Vous possédez des connaissances approfondies des procédures de développement d’un projet et des différentes phases de sa mise en opération. Vous êtes familier.ère avec les grandes méthodologies de gestion de projet ; Vous êtes méthodique, structuré.e et organisé.e ; Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office ; Vous possédez d’un esprit d’équipe, de communication et avez l’habitude de travailler avec beaucoup de collègues aux profils très différents ; Vous êtes diplomate, à l’écoute et avez un bon sens de la communication ; Vous avez une attitude positive et proactive ; Vous maitrisez le français et le néerlandais, l’anglais est un atout ; Vous êtes passionné.e par la digitalisation et curieux des nouvelles technologies.
