Als Communication Manager Business Banking ben je de creatieve drijvende kracht binnen een dynamisch team en transformeer je de klantervaring voor een snelgroeiend segment. Jouw rol? Impactvolle communicatieplannen creëren die de positionering van Belfius Business Banking versterken, en zorgen voor een uitzonderlijke klantbeleving in elke fase. In nauwe samenwerking met het marketingteam vertaal je de strategische doelstellingen naar een inspirerende communicatiestrategie voor de verschillende doelgroepen.
De job in een notendop
Samen met de Head of Communication and Customer Experience Business Banking ben je verantwoordelijk voor het creëren van customer excitement in het Business Banking-segment. Je doet dit via al onze communicatiemiddelen en kanalen, met een bijzondere nadruk op het digitale. Je belangrijkste taak is het ontwerpen en tot leven brengen van een communicatieplan dat perfect is afgestemd op de ambities van je segment. Je trotseert de normen en inspireert tot verandering in elke fase. Je hebt de leiding over je campagnes, van planning tot evaluatie.

Je hebt een masterdiploma en een eerste beroepservaring in communicatie. Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met communicatie, digital, branding en customer experience. Je hebt een creatieve geest en bent in staat om out-of-the-box te denken. Je werkt gestructureerd en planmatig en respecteert strikte deadlines. Je neemt initiatief en durft je te laten gelden. Je verstaat de kunst om alle stakeholders (. Marketing) mee te krijgen en aarzelt niet om hen uit te dagen om samen een innovatieve positioneringsstrategie te bedenken. Je bent een teamspeler.Je scoort extra punten als je:
Tweetalig bent (Nederlands/Frans). Autonoom bent. Ervaring hebt met Businessklanten.
