We would like to strengthen our team with a Retail Business Process & System Specialist.
Your ideal job?
As the Retail Business Process & System Specialist, you have overall responsibility for developing dealer systems and processes within the Belux dealer network. Reporting to the Retail & Marketing Manager, your role involves ensuring efficient usage of the Renault Trucks Dealer Management System (RTDMS) and its related applications.
Your key responsibilities include:
Serving as the expert / key user and primary contact for the dealer network regarding RTDMS in the Belux region.Coordinating and piloting RTDMS implementations and upgrades, providing training, onsite coaching, and documentation support.Support continuous improvement by and facilitating change requests for the development team, testing new versions and guidance in best practices.Optimizing reception and workshop processes in collaboration with HQ (Lyon), RT Belux colleagues, and dealers.Rolling out new support tools and processes to the dealer network.Ensuring data quality by monitoring vehicle master data, report any issues and take necessary actions.Are we the perfect match?
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.Relevant experience in the automotive industry, with knowledge of dealer management systems a plus.Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn new software.Strong project management skills.Ability to work as part of an international team.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, including presentation skills to a variety of audiences.Proactive and customer-focused.Fluency in English, Dutch and French.Almost convinced?
