Hospitality Talents, a Recruitment Agency specialising in Hospitality and Catering profiles, is looking for an VIP Lounge Bartender focused on quality and customer satisfaction, to join the team of our client at Brussels Midi Station.
In this role, you'll ensure the smooth operation of the cocktail bar and support the Lounge Manager with all lounge-related tasks. You'll be a role model for exceptional customer service, enhance the customer experience using innovative tools and processes, and provide training and development for the lounge team. Additionally, you'll manage the bar's financial and stock aspects, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
Key responsibilities include:
· Providing excellent service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
· Opening and closing the bar, setting up products and equipment.
· Advising customers on drink choices and crafting cocktails on demand.
· Managing beverage stock, conducting inventories, and placing orders.
· Ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.
· Assisting on the floor and in the kitchen as needed, and participating in cocktail creation and menu development.
· Managing and assessing team performance, organizing rosters, and maintaining supplier relationships.
Requirements
· Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus, and Dutch can be an asset.
· Computer literate with strong supervisory abilities.
