MISSION
Reporting to the Head of Management Control of the BU, as part of the management of the income statement, the Controller contributes to the support of operational staff in the management of their activity.
Internal Controller will ensure the follow-up and the assistance in the follow-up of Commercial expenses, YER, Customer Analysis Tool maintenance, monthly follow-up of the fixed costs, DDD follow-up. The internal controller will also work closely with accounting and supply chain in order to perform finance related topics.
Finally, the internal controller will help in the establishment of Business review, participate to the different budgetary events and use his experience to manage the closing tasks mainly in SAP.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum level of professional experience and education needed
Minimum level of education and professional experience needed:* Graduate of a business school or Master's degree in management or economics science or accounting
* A minimum 2 years’ experience in the industrial sector or in an audit company in the financial field (management control or accounting)
Specific knowledge (foreign languages, software, technical skills) :* Fluent in English and French (Dutch is an plus)
* Good understanding of Microsoft software and especially very thorough knowledge of MS Excel
* First experience in SAP is a big plus
* Driving for results / making things happen
* Advocate teamwork and be able of critical thinking
* Flexible, pro-active and independent attitude towards work
* Capable of working on a strict and short deadline and in autonomy

Reporting :
Active participation in the control and analysis of the BU's accounting data. Alert, anticipate, detect problems in the income statement. Set up resolution solutions (IT/Finance/Operational) including SAP software. Control of sales prevision and differences in local softwares Applies the rules and methods for fixed costs and management accounting defined by the BEL group Performs Closing Operations and Top-Downs in SAP. Is a part of drawing up monthly dashboards for the BU, the zone and the Group. Analyse (for business partner team) and comments on the turnover by customer and its evolution. Analyse and correct postings to fit local regulation rulesFollow-up :
