En partenariat avec notre client , nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un Field Coordinator (H/F/X) qui sera chargé de diriger, soutenir, encadrer et développer une équipe d'activateurs de vente afin d'atteindre les objectifs.

Type de contrat : contrat à durée indéterminée.
Date de début : dès que possible.
Localisation : Brabant-Wallon.

Functions

En tant que Field Coordinator, votre objectif est de diriger, coacher votre équipe et développer la visibilité des produits P&G.
Pour mener à bien cette mission, vous devrez :

Fixer les objectifs de votre équipe, suivre leurs performances et les encourager à se surpasser. Être responsable de soutenir le Field Sales Manager en termes de codage/maintenance du CRM et de la plateforme Showpad (outil de partage de contenu). Produire et analyser des rapports et préparer des Field Meetings. Jouer le rôle de Représentant Commercial en cas d'absence afin de combler temporairement les manquements. Recueillir des informations utiles sur les activités des concurrents et les partager avec l'équipe. Assurer un suivi administratif étroit de vos activités et un reporting précis. Préparer tous les documents nécessaires pour votre équipe et configurer les actions par le biais d'un système de gestion de la relation client (CRM). Effectuer un coaching régulier et des contrôles sur le terrain. Diriger les réunions d'équipe et les évaluations.

Profil & Conditions

Le candidat que nous recherchons possède ;

Une expérience d'au moins 6 mois en tant que représentant commercial (itinérant / externe). Une expérience pertinente dans le secteur Retail-Food : (M/F/X) rayonneur, vendeur, merchandiser, chef de rayon, etc. Affinité avec les produits de grande consommation (FMCG): Alimentation, boissons, soins ménagers, soins de beauté, etc. Langues : Français et anglais. Permis de conduire B. Un instinct pour le management et un talent pour la négociation et la vente. Un penchant pour les défis et les résultats.

Un horaire à temps plein (38h/semaine) du lundi au vendredi (pas de travail le week-end) avec un contrat à durée indéterminée.
