Project Management Intern

As a Project Management Intern you will be the link between the regional functional departments and the corporate teams as well as managing cross-departmental projects in the EU&A region.
You understand the overall regional business strategy as well as the underlying individual supporting team strategies.
You build relationships in each direction and align needs & efforts across the global company landscape.
As a true facilitator you form the glue that helps the EU&A regional team and global teams to succeed in providing the EU&A customer with valuable experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate the implementation of regional projects and certain global projects in the EU&A region.
Liaise with global stakeholders to assess timeline and feasibility in the region.
Help identify EU&A stakeholders.
Support the initiation and implementation of projects.
Support the organization with regional Business Planning Management tasks.
Coordinate monthly and quarterly Accountability Report presentations.
Facilitate and gather EU&A work for Budget 2025.
Support on Ad hoc Business Continuity tasks.
Organize and facilitate the flow of communication, processes, and needs among EU&A Departments
Identify process improvements.
Support and coordinate the work to implement necessary changes.
PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS
You are driven by hands-on tasks and interaction with stakeholders at different levels.
You have interest and curiosity towards project coordination.
You are fluent in English; knowledge of any additional language(s) is a plus.
You have excellent communication skills.
You are flexible, proactive, and available to work with teams overseas.
You are a problem solver with a creative approach to complex matters.
You can function in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment as part of a growing organization.
