Functieomschrijving

Als dispatcher heb je het volgende takenpakket: 

  • Je registreert en verwerkt op een correcte en accurate wijze de storingsmeldingen van de klanten
  • Tijdens dit telefonisch contact doe je een eerste screening van deze oproepen om een efficiënte afhandeling te garanderen
  • Daarna plan je de technische interventies in rekening houdend met de urgentie, afstand, type toestel en klant
  • Je programmeert de preventieve onderhoudsbeurten op toestellen met onderhouds-overeenkomst
  • Je maakt een planning voor een team van 15-20 techniekers 
  • Je volgt de geplande fieldactiviteiten op
  • Bestellen van onderdelen voor herstellingen op aanvraag van de techniekers
  • Kortom jij bent de communicatieschakel tussen klant, technieker en interne diensten (dus geen chauffeurs aansturen)

Functie-eisen
  • Jij kan bijzonder accuraat werken. Daarnaast kan je je goed organiseren en het werk plannen
  • Je omschrijft jezelf als klantgericht en communicatief sterk
  • Je hebt al ervaring opgedaan in een administratieve job 
  • Zeer goede kennis Nederlands en Frans
  • Goede kennis MS Office ( kennis SAP is een pluspunt) 
  • Je werkt graag in een team en bent leergierig
