Belfius Lease is als filiaal van Belfius Bank, in volle groei en ontwikkeling. Het biedt financiële leasing aan (bedrijfsvoertuigen, productielijnen, zonnepanelen, IT materiaal, gebouwen,….) aan professionele klanten.
Het filiaal telt momenteel een 90-tal medewerkers.
De job in een notendop
De functie van Analist Credit Risk Management Belfius Lease bestaat erin te analyseren, adviseren en volgens de grootte van het krediet, in comité te beslissen of medebeslissen over kredietaanvragen in het betrokken segment, rekeninghoudend met de door Belfius Lease vooropgestelde doelen qua rendabiliteit, risicobeheer, kredietbeleid, imago en complianceregels. Risicobeheer van de bestaande kredietportefeuille van Belfius Lease in het segment Retail / Midcorp & Corp / Project Finance.
De functie omvat volgende aspecten :
Analyse van de kredietaanvragen vennootschappen ingediend door de Front Offices (. retailnet, corporate bankers). Verzekeren van technische ondersteuning aan de Front Offices. Oplossingsgericht en commercieel meedenken met de Front Offices. Opvolging van de bestaande kredietportefeuille (wijzigingen, reviews). Opmaak van de kredietaanvragen voor de Kredietcomités. Advies verstrekken aan de Kredietcomités. Communicatie van de beslissing Kredietcomité aan de verschillende tussenpersonen. Deelname tot op een bepaald niveau aan het beslissingsproces.

U bent tweetalig met uitstekende kennis van de tweede landstaal. Universitair, bij voorkeur in een economische richting. Kennis van financiële analyse is noodzakelijk(balans, ratio’s, . Basiskennis van vennootschaps-en fiscaal recht (rechtspersonen). Ervaring op vlak van analyse “Ondernemingsdossiers”. Ervaring in het detecteren van latente risico’s (opvolging kredietportefeuille en review). Kritische ingesteldheid en gericht op het zoeken van oplossingen op een commerciële manier. Zin voor analyse en synthese, zin voor verantwoordelijkheid. Communicatief (regelmatige interne en externe contacten). Stressbestendig.
