**Description**
De Credit Risk Analyst vervult verschillende functies in de aanpak van kredietkwesties, waaronder, maar niet uitsluitend, het ontwikkelen van risico
- en acceptatierichtlijnen, bewustmaking van de kredietcultuur, ondersteuning van het kredietbeleid en de kredietstrategie van het bedrijf. Je geeft advies aan het kredietcomité en rapporteert aan de CFO.
Concreet:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kredietanalyses voor grote en/of complexe kredietaanvragen op basis van de bij de bank beschikbare informatie en je eigen kredietanalyses.
- U speelt een sleutelrol bij het handhaven van het evenwicht tussen vermogensgroei en kredietkwaliteit in het kader van de verwezenlijking van de financiële doelstellingen van de onderneming.
- Je draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling, inzet en bewaking van beleid en procedures voor kredietrisico.
- U controleert en evalueert actieve rekeningen om dubieuze vorderingen te beperken of te voorkomen.
- Je bereidt de wekelijkse kredietcommissie van het bedrijf voor, maakt notulen en communiceert beslissingen.
- Je werkt samen met en ondersteunt de kredietanalisten.
- Je werkt samen met de Compliance & Risk Manager om ervoor te zorgen dat de compliance regels correct worden toegepast.
- U bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van periodieke en ad-hocverslagen (bv. grote uitzettingen, uitstaande bedragen, aflopende kredietlijnen enz.)
- U assisteert het managementteam bij de beoordeling van grote kredietrisico's.
- Je speelt een actieve rol in de ontwikkeling en het onderhoud van het 3 Lines of Defence model.

- U hebt een masterdiploma handelswetenschappen, SEA, statistiek, handelsingenieur, financiën,...
- Je hebt praktische kennis van kredietrisicobeheer
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Excel en/of andere rapportagetools.
- Je bent pragmatisch, flexibel en zelfstartend.
- Je hebt een zeer analytische geest en goede presentatievaardigheden.
- U beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden waarmee u uw boodschap constructief kunt overbrengen aan het directiecomité, de verschillende risicofuncties binnen de bank en de verkoopafdeling van het bedrijf.
- Je bent ook detailgericht.
- Je bent in staat om technische informatie helder en bondig te presenteren.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans. Engels is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt een analytische geest. Je bent nauwkeurig en stressbestendig en je bent in staat om met strikte deadlines te werken, zelfs als je weinig tijd hebt.
