**Customer Journey Expert Credit Risk Reporting, within the tribe Finance and Risk**
**[Full time, ING Brussels]**
**Your role & work environment**
The **Tribe Finance and Risk **#1 objective is to keep ING Belgium licensed to operate, through the maintenance and upgrade of its Finance and Risk Reporting systems, keeping these Safe & Compliant and improving them along the way.
**Your key responsibilities**
- **As CJE you will play a key role in the Credit Risk Reporting change activities**: You understand the business needs coming from the regulators and/or from internal business stakeholders (mainly CoE Reporting) and will translate them into clear functional requirements to the Tech members of the squads. You develop test cases and perform the testing, you ensure the aftercare, elaborate the documentation and provide change management support to the end users.
- **As CJE you will support the Credit Risk Reporting run activities**:i) **You ensure a timely delivery (daily, monthly) of the credit risk reports to the stakeholders **ii)** you collaborate actively in all initiatives to deliver qualitative credit risk data to the end users **iii)** you provide answers to all questions coming from the stakeholders.

**As a Customer Journey Expert Credit Risk Reporting you are**:
- Holding a master degree, with 3 to 5 years’ working experience in a credit risk activity, reporting activity or experience in a project business analyst role
- Having business knowledge about Credit Risk Reporting (regulatory reporting including AnaCredit, CKP) is a great plus. Having interest in these domains is a must
- Analytical mindset
- You take ownership, you are solution oriented and you have a “make it happen”-spirit
- Communicative, and able to connect with different type of stakeholders at different levels (business teams, managers, tech-people)
- A self-starter able to find information in an autonomous way
- Not afraid to explore data in big datawarehouses via SQL
- Fluent in English, Dutch or French is a plus
