Description du Poste :

Nous recherchons un(e) Support au Service Quality Management System (QMS) pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Le/la titulaire de ce poste jouera un rôle clé dans la gestion et le maintien de notre système de gestion de la qualité afin de garantir la conformité aux normes et réglementations en vigueur, et d'assurer l'amélioration continue de nos processus.

Responsabilités :

  • Assister dans la documentation, la mise en œuvre et le maintien des procédures et politiques du QMS.
  • Participer aux audits internes et externes, préparer la documentation nécessaire et suivre les actions correctives.
  • Collecter, analyser et rapporter les données relatives à la qualité.
  • Contribuer à l'élaboration et à la mise à jour des manuels de qualité et des procédures opérationnelles standard.
  • Collaborer avec les différents départements pour identifier et résoudre les problèmes de qualité.
  • Former et sensibiliser le personnel sur les politiques et procédures du QMS.
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance qualité et proposer des actions d'amélioration.
  • Assurer la veille réglementaire et normative en matière de qualité.

Qualifications :

  • Diplôme en gestion d'entreprise, ou autre master en gestion
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
  • Capacité à analyser des données et à résoudre des problèmes.
  • Sens de l'organisation, rigueur et attention aux détails.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Suite Microsoft Office, logiciels de gestion de la qualité).
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à interagir avec divers départements.
