Jouw rol en verantwoordelijkheden:

Als Internal Communication Advisor maak je deel uit van een dynamisch driekoppig team dat verantwoordelijk is voor het efficiënt en effectief verspreiden van informatie binnen ons bedrijf. Je belangrijkste taken omvatten onder andere:

Opstellen van teksten en versturen van e-mails via onze mailingtool (Selligent) om belangrijke mededelingen, updates en nieuwsberichten te verspreiden onder onze medewerkers wereldwijd. 

Uitwerking van ons globale interne magazine, waarbij je het gehele proces begeleidt van redactie tot en met grafische uitwerking en vertaling (in samenwerking met het redactieteam, grafisch team en vertalersteam). 

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de aan jou toegewezen communicatietopics en -kanalen, waarbij je proactief bent in het identificeren van relevante onderwerpen en het opzetten van effectieve communicatiestrategieën. Om je doelstellingen te behalen, werk je goed samen met andere teams.

Je gaat actief op zoek naar informatie bij stakeholders binnen het bedrijf om boodschappen zo doeltreffend mogelijk en tijdig te kunnen overbrengen. 

Je beheert mee de info op intranet en andere kanalen doorheen de organisatie zoals schermen, desktop, flyers, etc. 

Je denkt mee na over nieuwe manieren om communicatie binnen het bedrijf naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

Jouw Profiel:

Minimaal een bacheloropleiding in communicatie, journalistiek, marketing of een gerelateerd vakgebied.

Je beheerst het Nederlands perfect en hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Engels. Kennis van Frans is een pluspunt.

Je hebt een eerste ervaring achter de rug in interne bedrijfscommunicatie, ervaring in een internationale omgeving is een pluspunt

Je communiceert vlot, open en enthousiast.

Je hebt ervaring met digitale tools zoals CMS (Drupal) en marketing automation.

Je copywriting skills maken van jou een echt schrijftalent.

Je beschikt over de nodige assertiviteit, nieuwsgierigheid en nauwkeurigheid om nieuws te vergaren en correct over te brengen.

Je kan meerdere projecten tegelijk beheren, waarbij je oog hebt voor deadlines.

Je beschikt over de nodige flexibiliteit om onverwachte zaken erbij te nemen.
