Jij gaat als Cluster General Manager aan de slag bij een gave keten om nieuwe hotels voor hen te realiseren. Deze organisatie heeft in de afgelopen jaren naam gemaakt en gaat zich internationaal verder verbreden. Als Cluster General Manager draag je zorg voor het stellen en behalen van doelstellingen op het vlak van revenue, positionering op de markt, service en gasttevredenheid.

BeschrijvingFunctieomschrijving Cluster General Manager - Pre-OpeningAls Cluster General Manager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de gehele bedrijfsvoering en de realisatie van kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve doelstellingen van beide locaties. Verder ben je het gezicht van de hotels en draag jij zorg voor je team.
Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:
- Het dagelijks managen van de operationele activiteiten binnen de hotels;
- Het financieel resultaat en voortdurende groei van de hotels;
- Het proactief sturen op een ultieme gastbeleving;
- Toezien en inzicht houden in revenue en marketing acties;
- Het waarborgen en verfijnen van de efficiency en het commerciële resultaat;
- Werknemers begeleiden en stimuleren om dagelijks gasten excellente service te verlenen;
- Analyseren en presenteren van verschillende rapportages;
- Zorgen voor effectiviteit van de organisatie en ook voor optimalisatie en verandering waar nodig;
- De ontwikkeling en implementatie van de organisatorische strategieën, regelgeving en werkprocessen.
De ideale kandidaat voor de functie van Cluster General Manager heeft of is:
- Een afgeronde HBO opleiding met betrekking tot de gastvrijheidsbranche;
- Een overtuigende leiderschap stijl en beschikt over een natuurlijk overwicht;
- Financieel goed onderlegd;
- Commercieel met een sterke focus op groei;
- Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Frans en Engels.
Voor de functie Cluster General Manager wordt een marktconform salaris geboden, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring wat ligt tussen de €6000 en €6500 bruto per maand en is er uiteraard een auto beschikbaar gesteld.
