Vacature: IT Support Engineer (Helpdesk)

Jouw kwaliteiten
Kennis van Windows X, MS Office 2007, 2016 en O365/Sharepoint, basiskennis van hardware (interne/externe componenten). Goede basiskennis van netwerken (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP…) Pluspunt is Active Directory, Windows Server, SQL, Virtualisatie Citrix, Cloud,… Je kunt zelfstandig problemen oplossen aan de hand van procedures en werkinstructies. Je bent stressbestendig en kan in een team werken en alleen. Je bent sociaal en communicatief vaardig. Je bent empatisch, service- en oplossingsgericht. Je bent vlot Nederlandstalig en Engelstalig en je hebt een basiskennis Frans.

Je gaat als consultant aan de slag bij onze klant
We matchen jouw vaardigheden en persoonlijkheid met een opdrachtgever voor korte of middellange termijn. Je werkt in dienst bij Centric, maar je gaat als collega aan de slag op locatie bij de klant. Zo kun je op relatief korte tijd verschillende bedrijven leren kennen en verrijk je vloeiend je cv. Wanneer je opdracht afgerond is, zorgen we tijdig dat je een nieuwe uitdaging krijgt.
De unit waar jij komt te werken
Hoewel je aan de slag bent bij onze klant, behoor je tot de afdeling Centric Professional Staffing. Bij deze hechte en informele businessunit zorgen we snel en zorgvuldig voor professionele assistentie rondom infrastructuren (hard- en software), cloud, consultancy, systeembeheer, connectivity, technisch applicatiebeheer, helpdeskservices én onsite support. Bovendien kun je rekenen op persoonlijke begeleiding in je dagelijks werk, maar ook op het gebied van je loopbaan.
