Functieomschrijving Als Reporting Manager structureer en beheer je de interne en klantrapportage binnen Cohezio. Je analyseert en documenteert het gebruik van data en zet bedrijfsbehoeften om in functionele specificaties voor het IT-datateam om oplossingen te ontwikkelen die voldoen aan de behoeften van interne en eindklanten. Je analyseert data en trends, stelt conclusies voor en stelt mogelijke acties voor aan interne en eindklanten.
Data management
- De front office diensten ondersteunen om op een efficiënte en effectieve manier met data om te gaan
- Komen tot unieke definities en verantwoordelijkheden per data om interpretaties te uniformiseren en interne uitwisselingen te optimaliseren
- Rationalisatie en optimalisatie van bestaande rapportering in combinatie met identificatie en ontwikkeling van nieuwe rapportering in samenwerking met het IT data-team
- Identificeren en consolideren van de vragen van de stakeholders teneinde een idee te hebben welke informatie en data relevant zijn.
- Analyseren en documenteren van rapporteringsbehoeften en omzetten in functionele specificaties teneinde oplossingen te ontwikkelen met het IT data-team.
- Nauw samenwerken met het IT data-team teneinde ervoor te zorgen dat de rapporteringen gemakkelijk geïmplementeerd kunnen worden en tegemoet komen aan de gebruiksbehoeften.
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de aangewezen business stakeholders voor alle vragen over rapportering
- Controleren van de kwaliteit van de data en detecteren en begrijpen van onregelmatigheden teneinde een opvolging te kunnen verzekeren met de belanghebbenden en het IT-datateam
- Analyseren van de gegevens en trends, heldere conclusies voorstellen en mogelijke acties suggereren naar de stakeholders
- Analyseren van de data teneinde hierin patronen te herkennen die het management kunnen ondersteunen bij het nemen van beslissingen.
- Een visie bepalen van hoe klantdata in te zetten als een asset in de dienstverlening Zelfeducatie
- Zichzelf continu op de hoogte houden van de evoluties en ontwikkelingen binnen het vakdomein data-analyse/AI
Profiel
- Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma in een relevant vakgebied of gelijkwaardige beroepservaring.
- Je kan terugblikken op minstens 5 jaar werkervaring in reporting.
- Je bent Tweetalig Frans en Nederlands
- Je bent een expert in data-analyse en visualisatie tools en software zoals Excel en Business Intelligence, maar ook in Statistische Analyse.
- Je hebt ruime ervaring met data-analyse/data insights en het ontwikkelen van aanbevelingen voor de business.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatie- en netwerkvaardigheden gezien je de tussenpersoon bent tussen de business en IT en met alle diensten zal moeten samenwerken.
- Je beschikt over de mogelijkheid te multitasken en prioriteiten te stellen.
- Je kan autonoom werken.
- Een voltijds contract van onbepaalde duur van gemiddeld 36u/week. We hechten belang aan een goede work-life balance en realiseren dit door naast de 20 wettelijke verlofdagen, 24 ADV-dagen te voorzien.
- Als je werkschema het toelaat, kun je ook telewerken.
