Business Developer Automation

Schneider Electric is wereldwijd marktleider op het gebied van automatisering en energiemanagement. Met ongeveer 150.000 werknemers in meer dan 100 verschillende landen bieden zij dagelijks aan bedrijven in de energiesector, automatiseringswereld,…. In het kantoor te Aartselaar staan zij echter specifiek in voor de software- en communicatieoplossing richting de procesautomatisering. Voor het salesteam zoeken zij een nieuwe collega, Business Developer.
Als Business Developer onderhoudt je contacten met een bestaande klanten en ga je proactief op zoek naar nieuwe klanten en sectoren om onze geavanceerde oplossingen en services voor te stellen. Jouw voornaamste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:
- Relaties opbouwen: Je onderhoudt en versterkt relaties met bestaande klanten en collega's om langdurige partnerschappen te verzekeren.
- Klantenbestand uitbreiden: Je betrekt en bouwt relaties op met nieuwe klanten via netwerken en doorverwijzingen.
- Samenwerkend probleemoplossend: Je werkt nauw samen met klanten om hun uitdagingen te begrijpen en effectieve oplossingen gezamenlijk te creëren.
- Onze producten promoten: Je neemt een actieve rol in bij het introduceren en promoten van nieuwe producten bij klanten, waarbij de nadruk wordt gelegd op hun voordelen en waarde.
- CRM onderhouden: Je zorgt ervoor dat het CRM-systeem regelmatig wordt bijgewerkt met nauwkeurige klantgegevens voor transparante en efficiënte communicatie.
- Je behaalde een diploma in een technische richting (Engineering, Elektronica-ICT, Informatica, Elektromechanica, Automatisatie, …).
- Je hebt aantoonbare commerciële ervaring en een goede kennis van automatisering (DCS, digitale oplossingen OT systemen).
- Ervaring in de energiesector is een plus.
- Een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels is vereist.
- Je hebt een klantgerichte houding en je bent in staat om professioneel te communiceren op verschillende niveaus.
- Je bent nieuwsgierig van aard, hebt doorzettingsvermogen en je stelt je flexibel op.
