Om ons departement HR & Corporate Affairs te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Spokesperson & Media Relations Expert.
Als woordvoerder expert krijg je de kans om vleugels te geven aan je communicatievaardigheden, terwijl je onze twee senior woordvoerders ondersteunt en Brussels Airport Company in klare taal met stijl en overtuiging vertegenwoordigt.
- Je ondersteunt onze woordvoerders met het uitwerken van de proactieve en reactieve perscommunicatie; kleinere projecten beheer je zelfstandig, voor grotere projecten bied je ondersteuning.
- Je verstrekt informatie aan de pers via mail en telefoon en geeft interviews voor radio en televisie, en dat zowel in het Nederlands, Frans als Engels.
- Je helpt bij het implementeren van communicatieplannen die een positief publiek imago opbouwen, daarbij hoort ook de voorbereiding voor crisiscommunicatie. Je ondersteunt de organisatie van persbezoeken en persconferenties, waarbij je mee waakt over de inhoud en tijdige voorbereiding van de presentatie, speaking notes, kritische Q&A, persuitnodiging en bijhorend persbericht.
- Je vertaalt interne inhoudelijke projecten in sterke, nieuwswaardige persberichten in de juiste schrijfstijl en reviseert teksten. Je helpt bij het schrijven van speeches voor de CEO bij persmomenten.
- Je volgt de brede actualiteit op de voet, verzorgt in beurtrol dagelijkse persoverzichten en rapporteert tijdig aan het management. Je volgt relevante stakeholders op sociale media en beheert monitoringtools.
- Je behandelt mediaverzoeken voor opnames, shoots en reportages, dit met aandacht voor ons corporate imago en met oog voor de operationele impact. Je volgt ook aanvragen voor testimonials op.
- Je beschikt over een Master Communicatie/PR/Journalistiek/Talen/Geschiedenis of gelijkwaardig door ervaring,
- Je bent bereid mee te draaien in het permanentiesysteem en bent daarbij 1 week op 3 van wacht (24/7 voor persvragen algemeen + crisiscommunicatie),
- Je kan snel schakelen bij onverwachte gebeurtenissen en werkt je vlot in in nieuwe dossiers,
- Je hebt minimum 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol,
- Je goochelt moeiteloos met woorden, en hertaalt moeilijke dossiers in eenvoudige klare taal.
- Je blinkt uit in zowel het gesproken als geschreven woord in het Nederlands en het Engels. Een goede mondelinge kennis van het Frans is onmisbaar.
- Je hebt een brede interesse en passie voor actualiteit en volgt het nieuws via de verschillende kanalen op de voet.
- Je bent een teamplayer, weet op een vlotte manier contacten te leggen en relaties te onderhouden.
