Jobomschrijving

Als Leader Circulair (Repair-Buyback-Rent) ben je verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van de nationale circulaire strategie van Decathlon op lokaal niveau. Gebruikmakend van de richtlijnen en hulpmiddelen, die door Decathlon België worden verstrekt, pas je de initiatieven voor reparatie, tweedehands en verhuur aan en voer je deze uit in jouw Circulaire Hub. Jouw rol is om ervoor te zorgen dat de nationale doelstellingen worden vertaald naar concrete en effectieve acties op de werkvloer.

Jouw belangrijkste taken:

  • Lokale implementatie van de strategie: toepassen van de nationale richtlijnen op het gebied van circulariteit in jouw lokale Circulaire Hub, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat de initiatieven voor reparatie, tweedehands en verhuur consistent en effectief worden uitgevoerd.
  • Teambeheer en training: leidinggeven aan en begeleiden van een team dat zich toelegt op circulariteit en ervoor zorgen dat jouw team de vaardigheden bezit om "best practices" toe te passen om zo de vooropgestelde doelen te bereiken. Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor de voortdurende training van je medewerkers over de circulaire diensten heen.
  • Operationele excellentie: zorgen voor de kwaliteit en efficiëntie van de diensten op het gebied van reparatie, tweedehands en verhuur waarbij je de vastgelegde processen van Decathlon België volgt en de operaties afstemt op de lokale noden.
  • Klantenervaring: garanderen van een hoogwaardige klantenervaring op het gebied van circulariteit, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat de aangeboden diensten voldoen aan de verwachtingen en de behoeften van klanten en dit op een duurzame en innovatieve manier.
  • Opvolging prestaties: monitoren van belangrijke KPI's die op nationaal niveau zijn gedefinieerd en het regelmatig rapporteren van deze resultaten aan jouw team.
  • Samenwerking met stakeholders: nauwe samenwerking met nationale teams en andere Circulaire Hubs om "best practices" te delen, gemeenschappelijke uitdagingen aan te pakken en bij te dragen aan de voortdurende verbetering van onze circulaire processen.

Jobprofiel

Gewenst profiel:

  • Ervaring in operationeel beheer: ruime ervaring in operationeel beheer om dagelijkse processen te overzien, te optimaliseren voor maximale efficiëntie en om organisatorische doelstellingen te behalen.
  • Vermogen om een nationale strategie, lokaal op een nauwgezette manier en met het nodige aanpassingsvermogen uit te voeren.
  • Natuurlijk leiderschap: je weet een team als geen ander te motiveren en te begeleiden om de ambitieuze doelen te bereiken.
  • Sterke klantgerichtheid: je streeft ernaar een uitzonderlijke klantbeleving te bieden, terwijl je duurzame initiatieven promoot.
  • Communicatievaardigheden: Je bent in staat om nationale richtlijnen effectief over te brengen aan je team en je team hierin te trainen.
  • Kennis van het Nederlands: uitstekende mondelinge vaardigheden.
  • Kennis van het Engels is een extra troef.
