Voor Wengage, marktleider in contact center services, zoeken we een ervaren Talent Acquisition Manager voor het creëren en realiseren van een strategisch Talent Acquisitiebeleid binnen een dynamische en service gerichte organisatie.


In deze functie als Talent Acquisition Manager:

  • Ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten en implementeren van een strategische Talent Acquisitie aanpak aangepast aan de – soms snel wijzigende – behoeften van de business
  • Manage, inspireer, motiveer en coach je het Belgische Talent Aqcuisitie team (5 FTE) met het oog op het behalen van de vooropgestelde KPI's
  • Waak je over een gestandaardiseerde aanpak van rekrutering & selectie én efficiënte processen
  • Adviseer en ondersteun je de internationale Talent Acquisitie teams in het licht van de Wengage Group standaarden
  • Werk je nauw samen met marketing & interne communicatie in kader van employer branding
  • Bouw je partnerships op met de Talent Acquisitie leveranciers
  • Beheer je in nauwe samenwerking met Finance het TA budget
  • Sta je in voor de TA reporting & dashboards m.b.v. Power BI
  • Rapporteer je aan de aan de CHRO en maak je deel uit van het Belgische HR SteerCo team

  • Je beschikt over een Master denkniveau
  • Minstens 8 jaar ervaring in Talent Acquisitie (grote volumes)
  • Ervaring in een tactisch-strategische management functie bij voorkeur in een volantiele en internationale multi-site omgeving
  • Bij voorkeur ervaring met Talent Acquisitie Vendor Management
  • Dynamische en motiverende peoplemanager
  • Professioneel niveau Nederlands, Frans & Engels is een must
  • Sterk flexibel, business minded én resultaatgericht
