**Position : Talent Manager**

Reports to the Vice President Human Resources

**Objective**:
As Talent Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic management of talent acquisition, internal mobility and talent development for our locations in Belgium and the Netherlands. You play a critical role in attracting, developing and retaining high quality talent to ensure the growth and success of our organization. You will drive the success of our talent management program and play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization. With your passion for talent development and strategic insight, you are ready to take on challenges and seize opportunities in an ever-changing landscape.

**Key Duties and Result Areas**:

- Talent Acquisition:

- Actively involved in identifying new recruitment channels and maintaining relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, schools and networking groups;
- Internal Mobility:

- Manage the process of internal mobility and career development to promote employee growth and development;
- Identify talent within the organization and facilitate internal movements that support the professional development of employees.
- Talent Development:

- Design and implement talent development programs to enhance employees’ skills and competencies and maximize their potential;
- Evaluate the effectiveness of development initiatives and adapt programs to meet the changing needs of the organization and its employees.
- Strategic Planning:

- Develop a comprehensive talent management strategy focused on attracting, retaining and developing top talent;
- Analyze industry trends and best practices to proactively make recommendations for improving talent management processes and practices.
- Team Management:

- Lead and motivate a team of HR professionals engaged in talent acquisition, internal mobility and talent development;
- Ensuring a positive and supportive work environment in which team members can thrive and reach their full potential;
- Setting clear goals and expectations for the team, and regularly reviewing performance to ensure goals are met;
- Identifying development needs within the team and providing coaching, training and mentorship to promote the professional growth of individual team members;
- Effectively communicate with team members to provide direction, feedback and address any challenges or obstacles;
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders within the organization to promote synergy and achieve common goals.

**Profile**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, business administration or a related field;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably with a focus on talent management and recruitment;
- Proven success in developing and implementing strategic talent management initiatives;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment and deal with different cultures and perspectives.
- Trilingual Dutch/English/French
