Zij zijn op dit moment opzoek naar een IT Service Delivery Specialist
- Je voorziet ondersteuning van het serviceniveau voor alle 3 locaties in België (Diegem, Sint-Truiden en Verviers) voor een centraal geleverde en onderhouden IT-infrastructuur voor: server, clients, printers en andere gestandaardiseerde randapparatuur, datacommunicatie (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN-toegang en vereiste componenten), spraakcommunicatie (lokaal en op afstand).
- Je biedt ondersteuning en onderhoud van het asset management van de IT-infrastructuur - inclusief levenscyclusbeheer van hardware en softwarelicenties.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van systeem- en gegevenstoegang in samenwerking met de Service Desk.
- Je onderhoudt relevante IT-documentatie en werkt dit bij waar nodig.
- Je zorgt voor optimale ondersteuning van eindgebruikers binnen serviceniveaus.
- Je behaalde een diploma in Informatietechnologie of gelijkaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt ervaring in IT- en klantgerichte rollen.
- Je beheerst zowel het Nederlands als het Engels.
- Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
- Je hebt een sterk beentje voor als je ervaring hebt opgedaan in een complexe IT-omgeving en ervaring hebt in Windows OS10, IP-netwerkbeheerdiensten, beveiliging en nalevingsinstrumenten
- Spreek je daarnaast een mooi woordje Frans is dit ook een sterke troef.
