Functieomschrijving Bij Credendo zorgen we ervoor dat onze infrastructuur en datacenterdiensten betrouwbaar, performant en veilig functioneren. Deze cloud diensten vormen de ruggengraat van onze ICT-omgeving en zijn cruciaal voor het realiseren van onze bedrijfsdoelstellingen. Kennis van security- , Itil Proces- en compliancevereisten (ISO 20000, ISO 27001, DORA) is een pluspunt.Ervaring met ITIL-processen (incident-, problem-, change- en capacity management) is een must; ITIL-certificering is een troef.Je hebt ervaring met leveranciersmanagement en het opvolgen van SLA’s/KPI’s.Je bent communicatief sterk en kan zowel met technische teams als met business stakeholders schakelen.Je hebt een analytische geest en bent resultaatgericht.Je drukt je uitstekend uit, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk in het Engels, en je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands of het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en denkt proactief na over optimalisaties en automatisering.Ervaring in een financiële of bancaire omgeving is een pluspunt.Het beschikken over Microsoft Azure-certificeringen is een pluspunt.
