Votre candidature sera prise en compte uniquement si vous remplissez les conditions d'éligibilité pour travailler dans l'Union Européenne.Le posteEn tant que BID Manager au sein du pôle Infrastructure, vous coordonnez tout le processus d'analyse et de calcul de coût d'un projet afin de fournir à la direction les informations nécessaires pour établir un prix de vente conforme au marché et le plus compétitif possible.
Pour ce faire, vous avez pour responsabilités :
  • Vous analysez les appels d'offre au niveau administratif, financier, technique et juridique afin de donner à la direction les informations nécessaires pour apprécier les enjeux du projet.
  • Vous établissez une offre de prix à partir d'un cahier des charges et des besoins du client dans le respects des normes , des délais, de la sécurité et de l'environnement.
  • Vous coordonnez l'équipe d'étude (métreurs, QSE, planning/méthode, achats, secrétariat, etc.) afin d'assurer la bonne compréhension et participation de chaque intervenant.
  • Vous participez aux négociations avec le client en présence de la Direction.
  • Vous effectuez les mises à jour et vous tenez compte des remarques du client suite à la réception de l'offre.
  • Après avoir remporté le marché, vous vérifiez et validez la commande par rapport à l'offre globale. Vous organisez et préparez la réunion de transfert vers le service production afin de transmettre le maximum d'informations au gestionnaire de chantier pour maximiser la réussite du projet.
Vous serez assisté d'un Tender Engineer et d'un Tender Assistant.Profil
  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un master en sciences d'ingénierie industrielle/ingénieur civil ou d'un bachelier avec orientation électromécanique ou électricité.
  • Vous disposez d'une expérience de plus de 10 ans en gestion de projets électriques ou électromécaniques (idéalement dans des activités liées aux infrastructures et dans des réalités "chantiers").
  • Vous faites preuve de méthode, d'une grande rigueur et avez le souci d'organisation.
  • Vous êtes flexible, proactif et soucieux de créer des opportunités commerciales.
  • Vous avez une très bonne connaissance du néerlandais ou du français et vous connaissez bien l'autre langue.
  • Vous avez de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles.
  • Vous maîtrisez MS Office (Project, Word, Excel, Outlook).
