Hoe maak jij mee het verschil?
Als Method Improvement Specialist stel je werkinstructies op die aansluiten bij de onderhoudsvereisten en de specifieke omstandigheden van de technische werkplaatsen.
Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?
Jouw dienst, ‘Industrial Engineering':
- Beheert projecten die te maken hebben met de onderhoudsprocessen van rollend materieel.
- Is verantwoordelijk voor de industrialisatie van onderhoudsmethodes voor nieuwe treintypes.
- Stelt werkinstructies op en optimaliseert ze voor preventief onderhoud.
Binnen dit team ben jij als Method Improvement Specialist verantwoordelijk voor onderstaande taken:
- Je schrijft, coördineert en verbetert de werkinstructies.
- Je stelt die op op basis van technische volumes en fiches.
- Je werkt hiervoor samen met de collega's in de werkplaatsen.
- Je start procesgerichte verbeterprojecten op.
- Je behaalde een masterdiploma als burgerlijk of industrieel ingenieur of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring (bij voorkeur methode-ervaring) in een industriële omgeving.
Je beschikt over de volgende technische vaardigheden:
- Microsoft Excel en Word hebben geen geheimen voor je.
- Je bent vertrouwd met termen zoals ‘kwaliteitsbeheer' en ‘projectbeheer'.
- Je beheerst de basisprincipes van continue verbetering.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans, of je hebt een basiskennis en bent bereid die verder te ontwikkelen.
- Je kent de belangrijkste principes van mechanica/ elektriciteit.
Heb je ervaring met XML/DITA-architectuur? Dan is dat een pluspunt

Waar ga je werken?
De werkzetel ligt in Brussel, vlak bij het station van Brussel-Zuid, maar je verplaatst je regelmatig naar de werkplaatsen overal in het land. Dat kan gaan om 1 of 2 verplaatsingen per week.
