Afhankelijk van jouw interesses en leerdoelen, werk je mee aan: Rekrutering & selectie: opstellen van vacatures, screenen van cv's, contact met kandidaten, deelname aan interviews Onboarding: ondersteuning bij het onthaal van nieuwe medewerkers Learning & Development: ondersteuning bij de organisatie van opleidingen HR-administratie en ondersteuning bij beheer van arbeidsongevallen Algemene ondersteuning in diverse HR-projecten en administratieve ondersteuning Wij bieden jou een boeiende stageplek in een professioneel HR-team die je zal begeleiden in je leerdoelen. Je krijgt de kans om actief mee te denken en verbeterideeën aan te brengen — initiatief nemen wordt sterk aangemoedigd Bezorg ons jouw cv en motivatiebrief met vermelding van de gewenste stageperiode. Je bent laatstejaarsstudent en volgt momenteel een opleiding in Psychologie of Human Resources waarvoor je een stage zoekt van minstens 3 maanden Je moedertaal is Nederlands of Frans, met een zeer goede kennis van de tweede landstaal Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook Je bent georganiseerd en je levert graag accuraat werk, je bent intellectueel nieuwsgierig en pro-actief Je bent communicatief, sociaal vaardig, service minded en wil graag meewerken in een team Je bent dynamisch en flexibel Je komt terecht in een dynamische organisatie waar verantwoord ondernemen, diversiteit en inclusie, opleidingskansen en doorgroeimogelijkheden centraal staan.
