Assistentie CEO:
Geef leiding door de CEO direct te ondersteunen bij het afhandelen van correspondentie, het voorbereiden van presentaties, het coördineren van zakenreizen en het organiseren van spraakmakende evenementen zoals MIPIM en teambuildingsactiviteiten.
Assistentie vermogensbeheer:
Neem de leiding bij het verifiëren van huurprijzen, het helpen bij het opstellen van rapporten, het beheren van groencertificaten en onroerendgoedbelastingen, en het ondersteunen van marketinginspanningen en huurbeheer.
Kantoorbeheer:
Houd toezicht op de soepele werking van het kantoor door voorraden en facturen te beheren, leverancierscontracten te controleren en ervoor te zorgen dat de voorraadkast en IT-benodigdheden goed gevuld zijn.
Receptie:
Je bent het gastvrije gezicht van het kantoor door bezoekers te verwelkomen, vergaderzalen voor te bereiden en de communicatie via telefoon, e-mail en agendabeheer af te handelen. Je beheert ook de Belgische en Luxemburgse post.
Secretariële taken:
Afhandelen van essentiële taken zoals kopiëren, scannen, archiveren van documenten, organiseren van vergaderingen, bijwerken van databases, archiveren en voorbereiden van jaarmappen.
Assistentie bij de boekhouding:
Ondersteun het financiële team door betalingen in te voeren, visa te reconciliëren, facturatie voor verhuur en parkeren te beheren en te assisteren bij jaarlijkse audits en btw-terugvordering.
Juridische ondersteuning:
Vergadernotulen en documenten voorbereiden, assisteren bij kapitaalverhogingen en contracten, en bedrijfs- en aandeelhouderslijsten bijwerken. Profiel Breng je dynamische vaardigheden in voor deze functie:
- Taalvaardigheden: Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
- Opleiding: Bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige kwalificatie.
- Tech-Savvy: MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Organisatorisch wonder: Uitstekende organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
