Over de functieSpilberg is op zoek naar een bekwame en gemotiveerde IT-bedrijfsanalist met aantoonbare ervaring in Ultimo om een van onze klanten in België te ondersteunen. Deze functie richt zich op het vaststellen van best practices en normen voor Ultimo-implementaties, het oplossen van bestaande systeemuitdagingen en het waarborgen van afstemming met IT&D-beleid.Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkhedenAnalyseren, verduidelijken en documenteren van zakelijke vereisten van interne belanghebbenden.Ervoor zorgen > voorgestelde oplossingen in overeenstemming zijn met IT&D-normen en -beleid.Begrijpen en in kaart brengen van end-to-end bedrijfs- en systeemprocesstromen.Faciliteren van discussies tussen stakeholders om consensus te bereiken over vereisten.Samenwerken met interne en externe functionele analisten (Ultimo) om user stories op te stellen en de systeemconfiguratie te ondersteunen.Actief samenwerken met applicatieteams, Centers of Excellence en Ultimo-experts.Duidelijke en effectieve zakelijke en technische presentaties geven.Vereiste vaardigheden en competentiesSterke analytische vaardigheden: datamapping, business process mapping, root cause analysis.Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden.Vloeiend in Engels (gesproken en geschreven).Relatiebouwer met een proactieve en probleemoplossende mentaliteit.Ervaring met tools zoals Jira, Confluence, SharePoint; bekendheid met ServiceNow is een pluspunt.Achtergrond in Agile- of DevOps-omgevingen.Gedegen praktische ervaring met Ultimo als bedrijfsanalist en/of configurator.
