Key ResponsibilitiesDefine functional and non-functional requirements for new credit-related applications (immovable asset data management & professional loan origination)Translate end-user needs into structured business requirementsWork closely with developers to ensure delivery accuracy, including participation in code reviews and white-box testingUse SQL to define use cases and validate outputs across full portfoliosDocument detailed use cases, expected behaviors, and functional flowsSupport development squads in building next-generation credit acquisition and risk infrastructureEnsure alignment of new features with architectural targets for credit acquisition, credit risk, monitoring, and regulatory frameworksParticipate actively in Agile development cycles and squad ceremoniesSupport model implementation and integration into risk calculators and credit systemsValidate data quality and perform functional testing throughout the development lifecycleCollaborate with multiple stakeholders (Risk, Credits, IT, business users) to ensure consistent delivery and efficient requirement clarificationExperience RequiredMinimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in functional/business analysis within large-scale IT developmentStrong experience supporting Agile squads developing zero-footprint web applicationsMedium SQL experience for use cases, data validation, and portfolio-wide testingProven capability in functional and technical analysisExperience translating end-user needs into clear business requirements and detailed use casesStrong testing skills, including white-box testing and validation of technical deliverablesComfortable working with mathematical concepts and notationsProficiency with MS tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)Experience working in complex corporate environmentsStrong documentation, requirements engineering, and data/process analysis skillsProgramming capabilities (Java, REST/JSON)Experience with Java frameworksExperience with security rules and configurationsExperience with MQ Series / KafkaCredit or credit-risk knowledge and familiarity with Basel III or similar regulations
