As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Proactively guiding customers throughout their entire lifecycle.
- Identifying opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell.
- Maintaining regular contact with customers to understand their needs and ensure an optimal experience.
- Collaborating with sales, product development, and support teams to provide customers with the best solutions.
- Analyzing customer data to detect potential issues and taking preventive actions.
- Taking initiatives to assist customers in using our software.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and tools.
- You will report to the head of Sales.
Professional skills we're looking for:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in a SaaS context.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
- Experience managing multiple customer accounts and building strong customer relationships.
- Analytical skills and experience interpreting customer data.
- You are proactive and a team player.
- You are preferably familiar with an international context and open to travel.
- You can express yourself fluently in Dutch, English, and French.
