Leader dans la distribution d'articles à usage unique pour divers secteurs, l'entreprise recherche un.e Sales Manager Facility enthousiaste pour renforcer son équipe. Votre rôle principal sera de contribuer à la croissance des activités de restauration collective. Située dans le Brabant Wallon, votre fonction sera principalement basée à Bruxelles et en Flandre. Vos missions en tant que Sales Manager Facility :
- Diriger une équipe d’environ 6 personnes en mettant l'accent sur la prospection et la vente croisée.
- Gérer votre région de manière professionnelle en fonction des budgets et des objectifs.
- Motiver votre équipe pour développer non seulement les clients existants, mais aussi attirer activement de nouveaux clients dans un marché hautement concurrentiel.
- Gérer de manière autonome les aspects commerciaux, matériels et stratégiques de votre unité de vente et son développement.
Profil idéal pour le poste de Sales Manager Facility :
- Vous avez une excellente maîtrise du néerlandais avec une bonne connaissance du français et de l'anglais (à l'oral et à l'écrit).
- Vous disposez d'une connaissance essentielle des produits de nettoyage (chimie et matériaux) et des papiers hygiéniques.
- Vous êtes un.e leader, motivateur.trice, gestionnaire d'équipe et communicateur.trice né.e, capable de mener l'équipe vers des résultats solides.
- Vous possédez plusieurs années d'expérience dans la vente B2B.
