De Business Coordinator staat in voor het beheer en de opvolging van de aankoop- en verkoopprocessen van gans de Business Unit teneinde te voorzien in een kwalitatief materiaalaanbod ten gunste van de personeelsleden van de Geïntegreerde Politie.
FUNCTIEBESCHRIJVING
In de hoedanigheid van Procesbeheerder zorgen voor de correcte toepassing van de verschillende processen om de entiteit een efficiënt beleid te waarborgen en de klanten en de partners een optimale dienstverlening te waarborgen.
Illustratie van taken:
- De aankoop- en verkoopprocessen volgen van diens business Unit.
- Opvolging van de kwaliteit van de behoefteanalyses.
- Erop toezien dat de verantwoordelijkheden van elk personeelslid van de entiteit gekend zijn en worden opgenomen.
- Nakijken of de verschillende stappen van een proces correct worden uitgevoerd.
In de hoedanigheid van Technisch deskundige analyses uitvoeren en adviezen formuleren voor het management, de diensten die hierom verzoeken en de partners om de leidinggevenden in staat te stellen de juiste beleidskeuzes te maken en/of de medewerkers te helpen bij hun taken.

- De opvolging doen van de specifieke dossiers (bijv. dossier en implementatie Warehouse).
- Opvolging doen van de complexe en transversale business Unit dossiers.
- Instaan voor de kwaliteit van de MIWP begrotingsfiches.
- Een problematiek analyseren aan de hand van een SWOT-analyse.
- Onsamenhangendheden en punten van overeenkomst vaststellen.
In de hoedanigheid van dossierbeheerder dossiers analyseren en/of controleren volgens de geldende regelgeving of procedures om een besluit te kunnen trekken op basis van alle elementen en te garanderen dat een beslissing wordt genomen of dat het dossier wordt afgewerkt.

- De opvolging doen van de specifieke dossiers (bijv. dossier en implementatie Warehouse).
- Opvolging doen van de complexe business Unit dossiers.
In de hoedanigheid van contactpersoon antwoorden op alle vragen van de interne of externe klanten en de complexe vragen aan de gespecialiseerde personen of diensten doorgeven om de klanten te helpen bij het zoeken naar een antwoord op hun vraag.
Illustratie van taken:
- Goede contacten onderhouden met de leveranciers.
- Fungeren als centraal contactpunt voor de Geïntegreerde Politie: de Lokale Politie informeren over de overheidsopdrachten, de bestellingen opvolgen.
- De geschillen met betrekking tot de leveringen beheren.
- Uitleg geven aan de personeelsleden betreffende de procedure en in geval van problemen nadenken over klantgerichte oplossingen met navolging van procedures en regelgeving.
