In deze rol zet je mee je schouders onder het transformatiegebeuren binnen risicobeheer. Dat doe je samen met experten uit het Markets & Counterparty Credit Risk Competence Center en de IT-collega’s uit je team.
Je versterkt het Risk Transformation & Innovation Team binnen de afdeling Group Risk die de standaarden voor risicobeheer bepaalt voor de hele KBC Groep. Group Risk werkt daarvoor samen met business stakeholders, met de collega’s uit de lokale risicoafdelingen van onze buitenlandse entiteiten, met de Chief Risk Officers en het Group Executive Committee, maar ook met de Europese Centrale Bank en Nationale Banken. - Je focust op het redesign van ons rapporteringsplatform voor market risk. Je doel daarbij is om het toekomstbestendig te maken, nieuwe mogelijkheden toe te voegen en zo de scope ervan uit te breiden met het domein counterparty credit risk.
- In een voorstudie worden de juiste technologieën geselecteerd om de business requirements te realiseren. Hierna ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de praktische implementatie.
- Je leidt het project op een gestructureerde manier, waarin constructief samenwerken centraal staat. Je gebruikt daarbij agile methodologieën zoals Jira, sprints en PI-planning zodat de communicatie en de oplevering vlot verloopt.
Goed om weten: omdat we sterk geloven in ‘optimaliseer voordat je automatiseert’, voorzien we voorafgaand een procesoptimalisatietraject. Zo willen we ervoor zorgen dat alles uiteindelijk op de meest efficiënte manier op elkaar aansluit voor alle betrokken stakeholders.
- Je hebt een masterdiploma en minstens twee jaar werkervaring.
- Een sterke interesse in financial risk management en business-vraagstukken is een must, net als ervaring met project- of procesbeheer. Idealiter heb je ook enige ervaring in IT delivery.
- Je communiceert sterk in het Nederlands en Engels . Zowel mondeling als schriftelijk lukt het je vlot om standpunten of conclusies helder te formuleren. Met aanstekelijk enthousiasme neem je anderen vlot op sleeptouw.
- Dankzij je (groeiende) expertise op functioneel en technisch vlak sla je makkelijk de brug naar IT. Je weet hoe je constructieve samenwerking en consensus faciliteert.
- Je staat open voor nieuwe ideeën en houdt ervan om creatieve, pragmatische oplossingen te bedenken.
- Je houdt bij je beslissingen een goed evenwicht tussen scope, prioriteiten, businesswaarde en kwaliteit.
- Bij ons ben je zeker van een uitstekende onboarding, collegialiteit en een aangename werksfeer.
- Je komt te weten hoe KBC haar financiële risico’s dagelijks monitort en beheert.
