Je taken Klaar voor een vliegende start? Na een betaalde opleiding van 5 weken word je het gezicht van de klantenservice bij een toonaangevende bank. Je helpt de klanten met al hun vragen via telefoon, e-mail en chat. Maar jouw rol is meer dan alleen ondersteuning: je bent een proactieve meedenker. Door écht te luisteren, herken je hun behoeften en bied je hen de juiste producten en diensten aan. Jouw missie? Van elke klant een ambassadeur maken. Je profiel Je hebt een ASO -diploma met een eerste ervaring met klantcontact of een bachelor of master op zak — maakt niet uit welke richting. Je komt net van de schoolbanken of hebt al een eerste werkervaring. Junior profielen? Yes please Je denkt in oplossingen en houdt ervan mensen te helpen. Je bent vlot, klantgericht én weet anderen te overtuigen. Je blijft rustig onder druk en werkt graag in een team. Flexibele uren tussen 8u en 22u (1 zaterdag per maand, uiteraard met extra vergoeding) passen perfect in jouw levensstijl. We bieden We bieden je meteen een vast contract aan bij Randstad Professionals. Je krijgt een vliegende start met een volledig betaald opleidingstraject van 5 weken. Je werkplek? Het indrukwekkende hoofdkantoor in het hart van Brussel, perfect gelegen bij het station. We bieden je de flexibiliteit om, na je inwerkperiode, twee dagen per week van thuis uit te werken. Je komt terecht in een positieve werksfeer, met ruimte voor humor, leuke afterworks en sportactiviteiten. Een competitief salaris is de basis, aangevuld met 32 vakantiedagen en een compleet pakket: van maaltijdcheques en onkostenvergoeding tot hospitalisatie- en groepsverzekering.
