We geloven in duurzame partnerships waarin expertise, respecten resultaat centraal staan.Voor één van onze klanten in de publieke sector in regio Brussel zoeken we een Procurement Sourcing Expert voor een inhoudelijk sterke interimopdracht.Context van de opdrachtIn een context waarin organisaties in de publieke sector steeds sterker inzetten op duurzameaankoop, langetermijnwaarde en een verantwoorde besteding van publieke middelen, wordtgezocht naar een tijdelijke versterking van het Procurement sourcing team door een ervaren Procurement Sourcing Expert.De opdracht situeert zich binnen duurzame aankoop- en strategische optimaliseringsprojectenbinnen de publieke sector, met focus op kostenreductie, despecificatie, transparantie inkoststructuren en versterking van de onderhandelingspositie tegenover leveranciers.Deze projecten dragen bij aan duurzame partnerships met leveranciers en een toekomstgerichteaankoopstrategie.Functies en verantwoordelijkhedenProjectbeheer en PMO-ondersteuning van optimaliseringsprojecten, in nauwe interfunctionelesamenwerking met engineering, supply chain, onderhoud, finance en category management met als doelstelling kostenreductie zonder kwaliteitsverlies.Analyse van koststructuren (should costing), structureren van werkwijzen, rapportering engovernance, en correcte toepassing van de wetgeving overheidsopdrachten.Profiel ✔️Senior/expert sourcingprofiel✔️Ervaring binnen de publieke sector met goede kennis wetgeving overheidsopdrachten✔️Duurzame aankoop & partnerships✔️PMO- en optimaliseringsprojecten met stakeholdermanagement richting finance,supply chain, engineering en category management.✔️Ervaring met kostenanalyse en should costing.Opleiding & ervaring✔️Master Handelsingenieur of Industrieële wetenschappen of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.✔️Minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring als Project Manager in Engineering of Procurement & Supply Chain.✔️Goede en aantoonbare kennis van de wetgeving overheidsopdrachten (min. 2 jaar). ✔️Aantoonbare onderhandelingservaring.Gedragscompetenties✔️Uitstekende interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, in een context van multidisciplinair teamwork in een industriële omgeving.✔️Analytische vaardigheden en synthesevermogen.✔️Nieuwsgierigheid en leergierigheid.✔️Affiniteit met technische aspecten (mechanische, elektrische/elektronische domeinen, interieurinrichting).✔️Continu verbeteringsgericht.✔️Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in beide landstalen (NL/FR)✔️Resultaatgerichtheid✔️Nauwkeurigheid en vastberadenheid✔️Aantoonbare ervaring in onderhandelingenTechnische vaardigheden✔️Grondige kennis van SAP ECC (Purchase / Supply Chain).✔️Sterke Excel-vaardigheden.✔️Technische affiniteit gecombineerd met aankoop- en supply-chainervaring binnen de categoriespare parts.✔️Vermogen om technische plannen en specificaties te interpreteren.Talen✔️Tweetalig Nederlands / Frans.✔️Goede kennis van het Engels.Praktisch✔️Start: Maart 2026✔️Duur: maximaal 200 werkdagen✔️5 dagen/week✔️Plaats: Op locatie regio Brussel (gedeeltelijk elders mogelijk in overleg).Interesse?Stuur je CV (NL of FR), jouw beschikbaarheid en je all-in dagtarief excl. btw naarchristian@2hum.comUiterste indieningsdatum: 28 februari 2026
